Milk is $12 per gallon we have the milk in 1/2 gallon glass jars with a plastic lid marked with the date it was filled. We have a $5/jar deposit for the first set then bring back the CLEAN jars and take a fresh set. So the first gallon will be $12 plus $10 jar deposit for a total of $22 then the next time it's $12. You can bring your own jars and transfer the milk into your containers. We do not do jar swaps. We have a funnel but you will want to shake the jars prior to transfer so you get the cream that settles on top. Usually a day or twos notice is recommended for when you need raw milk.
Italian Herb Chèvre is $10 per 1/2 lbs in a ziplock bag and we need 4 days notice typically for a fresh batch or we will have some stored in the freezer if you would like a frozen bag.
Eggs are $4/dozen.
We have a fridge on our porch so you can help yourself whenever you have the opportunity to grab it but we do ask for a text prior to arrival (no matter the time) so we know and have my dogs put up 417-299-2964. There will be a Dropbox for exact change or there are Venmo instructions at the drop box.
For best results of milk handling/storing:
we recommend milk be placed in glass jars and transported in a cooler or a cooling bag if you’re more than 15 minutes from us. We recommend the milk be stored in the fridge not in the door of the fridge to make it last longer. Typically it lasts 2 weeks plus.
